ETSI WB-AMR+
The Extended Adaptive Multi-Rate Wideband (AMR-WB+) audio codec extends AMR-WB, adding support for stereo signals and higher sampling rates. Transform coded excitation (TCX) is used in addition to ACELP. AMR-WB+ operates at bit-rates from 5.2 kbps to 48 kbps.
