iSAC
Internet Speech Audio Codec (iSAC) is a bandwidth adaptive, wideband and super-wideband speech codec suitable for VoIP applications and streamimg audio. Packet loss concealment (PLC), channel independent and channel adaptive are supported.

Features
- Bitrates from 10 to 32 kbps in wideband and 10 to 56 kbps in super-wideband
- Supports 16 kHz and 32 kHz input/output sampling rates
- Frame size of 30 or 60 ms
